PRICING
Pricing for houses SH-0 , SH-1, SH-2, SH-4 is level based. Meaning that a level 1 house is a very simple house , level 2 is a bit more elaborate, and level 3 is the top of the line . SH-3 , and SH-5 are all level 3 houses and are priced according to the needs and wants of the client.
SH-0 Level 1 = $75 Level 2 = $100 Level 3 = $125
SH-1 Level 1 = $100 Level 2 = $125 Level 3 =$150
SH-2 Level 1 = $150 Level 2 = $175 Level 3 = $200
SH-4 Level 1 = $200 Level 2 = $225 Level 3 = $250
The only time that these prices are additionally discounted is if you buy directly from us at the Thai Cultural Day Festival in September of each year. The above prices do not include shipping, insurance. Overseas shipping is possible, but fairly expensive. A SH-4 house to Germany for example would cost an another $80 or so to ship.
